Shloka 108

नलस्य बाहुकत्वेन ऋतुपर्णनगरप्रवेशः

Nala as Bāhuka enters Ṛtuparṇa’s city

एवं साशोकवृक्ष॑ तमार्ता वै परिगम्य ह । जगाम दारुणतरं देशं भैमी वराड़ना,इस प्रकार शोकार्त हुई सुन्दरी दमयन्ती उस अशोकवृक्षकी परिक्रमा करके वहाँसे अत्यन्त भयंकर स्थानकी ओर गयी

evaṃ sā śokavṛkṣaṃ tam ārtā vai parigamya ha | jagāma dāruṇataraṃ deśaṃ bhaimī varāṅganā ||

Thus, the noble lady Bhīmī (Damayantī), overwhelmed with grief, circumambulated that aśoka tree and then moved on toward an even more dreadful region. The scene underscores her steadfast endurance: though afflicted and alone, she continues forward rather than yielding to despair.
