Lokapāla-samāgamaḥ—Arjuna Receives Astras from the World-Guardians

Book 3, Chapter 42

tathā tarkayatastasya phālgunasya atha mātaliḥ | saṃnataḥ prasthito bhūtvā vākyam arjunam abravīt ||

As Arjuna (Phālguna) was thus reflecting, Mātali approached him with respectful humility. Having bowed and made ready to speak, he addressed Arjuna—signaling that counsel and duty are to be offered with reverence, especially when a hero is weighing the right course of action.
