नारद उवाच
The verse emphasizes auspicious intention and the ethical duty of ensuring that a rightful social rite—here, the giving of a daughter in marriage—proceeds without obstruction, accompanied by blessings for the welfare of all involved.
Nārada offers reassurance and a benediction: he prays that no impediment arise in arranging the daughter’s marriage connected with Sāvitanrī, and he promises to take steps to bring the matter to successful completion, wishing prosperity to everyone present.
