नारद उवाच स्थिरा बुद्धिर्नरश्रेष्ठ सावित्र्या दुहितुस्तव । नैषा वारयितुं शक्या धर्मादस्मात् कथंचन,नारदजी बोले--नरश्रेष्ठ] आपकी पुत्री सावित्रीकी बुद्धि स्थिर है। इसे इस धर्ममार्गसे किसी तरह हटाया नहीं जा सकता
nārada uvāca | sthirā buddhir naraśreṣṭha sāvitr̥yā duhitur tava | naiṣā vārayituṁ śakyā dharmād asmāt kathaṁcana ||
Narada said: “O best of men, your daughter Savitri possesses unwavering resolve. She cannot, in any way, be turned back from this path of dharma.”
नारद उवाच
True commitment to dharma is marked by steadiness of buddhi (resolve). When one’s ethical discernment is firm, external persuasion cannot easily divert one from the righteous course.
Narada addresses Savitri’s father, affirming that Savitri’s determination is unshakable and that she will not be turned away from the dharmic path she has chosen.
