Mārkaṇḍeya said: As that gigantic rākṣasa officer came rushing in, Hanumān—the son of the Wind, famed as a conqueror of foes—swiftly seized and checked him with overwhelming force. The scene underscores righteous protection through disciplined strength: power is employed not for cruelty, but to restrain aggression and safeguard those under threat.

Strength aligned with dharma is protective and restraining: Hanumān’s power is shown as controlled force used to stop an aggressor, illustrating ethical might rather than reckless violence.
A huge rākṣasa officer charges forward, and Hanumān—swift and victorious over enemies—rushes in and physically seizes him, halting the attack through superior speed and strength.
