The Deity declares a cosmic identity: with the sky together with the directions as His very body, and the wind abiding within His mind. He further states that He has performed hundreds of sacrificial rites, each accompanied by abundant and properly bestowed gifts to the officiants. In context, the speech links moral authority to both cosmic pervasiveness and the disciplined practice of yajña—suggesting that rightful power is grounded in order (ṛta/dharma), self-restraint, and generous giving rather than mere force.
