३२--३५ ।। तदत्रिन्यायतः सर्व प्रतिगृह्मा भिसत्कृत: । प्रत्युज्जगाम तेजस्वी गृहानेव माहतपा:,तब महान्‌ तपस्वी और तेजस्वी अत्रि मुनि राजासे समादृत हो न्यायपूर्वक मिले हुए उस सम्पूर्ण धनको लेकर अपने घरको चले गये

Transliteration

tad atrinyāyataḥ sarvaṃ pratigṛhya bhisatkṛtaḥ | pratyujjagāma tejasvī gṛhān eva mahātapāḥ ||

Translation

Then the great ascetic Atri—honoured with due respect—accepted all of that wealth in accordance with proper custom and justice, and the radiant sage departed for his own dwelling. The passage underscores that even in receiving gifts, one should act by established right conduct, without greed or impropriety.
