Vaiśampāyana said: Mighty Bhīmasena advanced swiftly on foot. Entering deep into the great forest, he began to roar with astonishing cries—an assertion of strength meant to overawe whatever dangers lay within and to press forward in the task before him.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights heroic resolve: when duty demands entering uncertainty (the wilderness), one proceeds with steadiness and courage, using inner strength to face fear and obstacles rather than retreating.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that Bhīma, renowned for his power, moves forward on foot into a vast forest and emits extraordinary roars—signaling his fearlessness and readiness to confront whatever he may encounter there.
