इन्द्रस्य पाण्डवैः समागमः
Indra’s Meeting with the Pāṇḍavas
शुशुभे स महाबाहुर्गदाखड््गधनुर्धर: । निहत्य समरे सर्वान् दानवान् मघवानिव,उस समय गदा, खड़्ग और धनुष धारण किये महाबाहु भीमसेन समरभूमिमें सम्पूर्ण दानवोंका संहार करके खड़े हुए देवराज इन्द्रके समान शोभा पा रहे थे
śuśubhe sa mahābāhur gadākhaḍgadhanurdharaḥ | nihatya samare sarvān dānavān maghavān iva ||
Vaiśampāyana said: Then the mighty-armed Bhīmasena—bearing mace, sword, and bow—stood resplendent on the battlefield, having slain all the Dānavas in combat, shining like Maghavān (Indra). The verse frames his martial prowess as a force that restores order by subduing destructive powers, and it praises disciplined strength used in the service of righteous protection.
