ततः प्रवृत्ति: सीताया गृप्रेण सुमहात्मना । सम्पातिना समाख्याता रावणस्य निवेशने,तदनन्तर गृध्रजातीय महाबुद्धिमान् सम्पातिने सीताजीके सम्बन्धमें यह समाचार दिया कि वे रावणके नगरमें विद्यमान हैं
tataḥ pravṛttiḥ sītāyā gṛdhreṇa sumahātmanā | sampātinā samākhyātā rāvaṇasya niveśane ||
Then the great-souled vulture Sampāti reported the news concerning Sītā: that she was present in Rāvaṇa’s dwelling.
