सौगन्धिकपुष्पप्रसङ्गः — The Saugaṇdhika Lotus and Bhīma’s Approach to Hanūmān
तामुपेत्य महात्मान: सह तैब्रहद्विणर्षभै: । अवतेरुस्तत: सर्वे राक्षसस्कन्धत: शनै:,उसके पास पहुँचकर ये सब महात्मा पाण्डव जन श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्मणोंके साथ राक्षसोंके कंधोंसे धीरे-धीरे उतरे
tām upetya mahātmānaḥ saha taiḥ brāhmaṇarṣabhaiḥ | avaterus tataḥ sarve rākṣasa-skandhataḥ śanaiḥ ||
Having approached her, those noble-souled ones—together with the foremost of the brāhmaṇas—then all gently dismounted from the shoulders of the rākṣasas. The scene underscores disciplined restraint and respectful conduct even amid extraordinary, forceful means of travel.
घटोत्कच उवाच
Even when aided by powerful beings and extraordinary means, the virtuous act with gentleness and respect—showing self-control and proper regard for companions, especially revered brāhmaṇas.
After reaching the intended person/place (“her”), the Pāṇḍavas along with eminent brāhmaṇas carefully descend from the shoulders of rākṣasas who had been carrying them.
