Gandhamādana-praveśa and the Sudden Storm (गन्धमादनप्रवेशः — चण्डवातवर्षवर्णनम्)

Brahmā said: “Come then—go forth; may good befall you. In Nandana (Indra’s celestial grove) behold Him as He stands revealed. Here indeed the Blessed Lord, glorious and radiant, manifests as the mighty Suparṇa (the divine, winged one).” In context, the verse directs the gods away from hesitation toward immediate darśana (vision) of the Lord: auspicious action, guided by reverence, is presented as the proper response to divine presence and cosmic protection.

Educational Q&A

When the divine becomes manifest, the proper response is prompt, auspicious action grounded in reverence—moving toward darśana rather than remaining in doubt or delay.

Brahmā urges the gods to go to Nandana and behold the Lord, who is visibly manifesting in a radiant, winged (suparṇa) form—an announcement of divine presence and protection within the heavenly setting.
