त्वन्नियोगकरावेताविति मे नारदोडब्रवीत् | तथा नारायण पुरा क्रतुभिर्भूरिदक्षिणै:
tvanniyogakarāv etāv iti me nārado 'bravīt | tathā nārāyaṇaḥ purā kratubhir bhūridakṣiṇaiḥ ||
“Nārada told me, ‘These two are the agents who carry out your command.’ In the same way, in former times Nārāyaṇa was honored through sacrifices rich in gifts, in accordance with sacred ordinance.”
