Educational Q&A

Grief is acknowledged, yet one should not be overwhelmed by it; righteous resolve and timely support for dharmic allies (here, the Pāṇḍavas) is emphasized, with Kṛṣṇa assuring that he will do whatever is within his power.

Vāsudeva (Kṛṣṇa) addresses a grieving person who has seen beloved ones slain on the ground, and he consoles them by promising active assistance for the Pāṇḍavas’ welfare, urging them not to lament.
