Kirmīra-rākṣasa-saṃgamaḥ (Encounter and Slaying of Kirmīra) | किर्मीरेण सह भीमसेनसमागमः
ततः सम्प्राद्रवन् सर्वे सह मात्रा परंतपा: । एकचक्रामभिमुखा: संवृता ब्राह्मणव्रजै:,तदनन्तर सब परंतप पाण्डव अपनी माताके साथ आगे बढ़े। ब्राह्मणोंसे घिरे हुए ये लोग एकचक्रा नगरीकी ओर चल दिये
tataḥ samprādravan sarve saha mātrā parantapāḥ | ekacakrām abhimukhāḥ saṃvṛtā brāhmaṇavrajaiḥ ||
Then all the Pandavas—scorchers of foes—set out together with their mother. Surrounded by groups of Brahmins, they proceeded toward the city of Ekacakrā, moving forward in a manner that reflects both prudence and respect for the community that shelters and guides them in exile.
राक्षस उवाच
Even in hardship, righteous conduct is sustained through respectful engagement with society—here, the Pandavas move under the guidance and protection of Brahmin households, highlighting mutual duties of hospitality, restraint, and communal support during exile.
After the preceding events, the Pandavas, accompanied by their mother, depart and head toward Ekacakrā. They travel surrounded by groups of Brahmins, indicating they are being led or escorted into the city where the next episode will unfold.
