Gadāyuddhe Kṛṣṇopadeśaḥ (Kṛṣṇa’s Counsel in the Mace-Duel) — Śalya-parva 57

samaśobhata tejasvī bhūyo bhīmāt suyodhanaḥ |

Sañjaya said: At that moment the radiant Suyodhana (Duryodhana) appeared even more splendid than Bhīma. Moving through many kinds of paths and shifting circles of combat, his prowess and presence seemed to outshine his opponent—an image that underscores how, in war, outward brilliance and tactical motion can momentarily eclipse moral evaluation, even as the larger dharmic reckoning remains unresolved.
