Transliteration

tam āpatatantaṁ pattyaśvaiḥ kruddho rājā yudhiṣṭhiraḥ

Translation

Sañjaya said: Seeing him rushing forward, King Yudhiṣṭhira—angered—advanced with his infantry and cavalry. The moment captures a rare surge of wrath in the otherwise dharma-minded king, showing how the pressures of war can force even the righteous to act with fierce resolve.
