Sañjaya said: When the king of the Pāṇḍyas had been slain, Kṛṣṇa, in urgent haste, spoke a beneficial counsel to Arjuna: “I do not see the king (Yudhiṣṭhira), nor do I see the other Pāṇḍavas who seem to have withdrawn from the battlefield.”

Educational Q&A

In a moment of battlefield confusion, Kṛṣṇa models dharmic leadership: act quickly, speak what is truly beneficial (hita), and re-establish clarity about allies and objectives before making the next move.

After the Pāṇḍya ruler is killed, Kṛṣṇa urgently alerts Arjuna that Yudhiṣṭhira and the other Pāṇḍavas are not visible and may have pulled back, signaling a potential crisis that requires immediate attention.
