Sañjaya said: Arjuna too spoke to Kṛṣṇa, Keśava, saying, “Do as you wish.” Then the mighty-armed Arjuna, having respectfully circumambulated Droṇācārya, turned back and advanced again, showering the battlefield with a rain of arrows. The passage frames Arjuna’s obedience to Kṛṣṇa’s guidance alongside a warrior’s code of reverence toward a revered teacher even amid lethal conflict.

Even in war, dharma is upheld through disciplined conduct: Arjuna aligns his action with Kṛṣṇa’s judgment (“yatheṣṭam”) while still honoring his revered teacher Droṇa through circumambulation, showing that reverence and duty can coexist amid conflict.
Sañjaya reports that Arjuna tells Kṛṣṇa to proceed as Kṛṣṇa deems best. Arjuna then respectfully circles Droṇācārya and moves forward again, releasing a dense volley of arrows as the battle continues.
