Omens and Consolation after Loss; Reaffirmation of the Saindhava Punishment Vow

nivṛttaroṣe tasmiṁstu bhagavatyaparājite | sā kanyāpi jagāmātha samīpāt tasya dhīmataḥ ||

When the wrath of that invincible, blessed lord had subsided, the maiden too departed from the vicinity of that supremely wise divine ruler. The narrative underscores the ethical movement from anger to restraint: once fury is withdrawn, the immediate cause for confrontation dissolves and separation restores order.
