पाश्वें भित्त्वा चमूं वीरौ प्रविष्टो तव वाहिनीम्‌ | पाश्वेन सैन्यमायान्तौ कुरुराजो ददर्श ह,अब वे दोनों वीर पार्श्चधागसे आपकी सेनाका भेदन करके उसके भीतर घुस गये। पार््वभागसे सेनाके भीतर आते हुए उन दोनों वीरोंको कुरुराज दुर्योधनने देखा

pārśve bhittvā camūṃ vīrau praviṣṭo tava vāhinīm | pārśvena sainyam āyāntau kururājo dadarśa ha ||

Drona said: “Having broken through the flank of the battle-array, the two heroes forced their way into your host. As they advanced within the army from the side, the Kuru king Duryodhana saw those two warriors.”
