भीमो<पि दृष्ट्वा सावेगं पुरो वैकर्तनं स्थितम्‌

bhīmo ’pi dṛṣṭvā sāvegaṃ puro vaikartanaṃ sthitam

Sañjaya said: Even Bhīma, seeing Karṇa standing in front, poised with impetuous force, took note of the formidable obstacle that confronted the Pāṇḍavas in the thick of battle.
