आज्ञापय कुरुश्रेष्ठ मा च शोके मन: कृथा: । “मानद! इस संसारमें ऐसा कोई कार्य नहीं है, जो मेरे लिये असाध्य हो अथवा जिसे मैं आपकी आज्ञा मिलनेपर न करूँ। कुरुश्रेष्ठ। आज्ञा दीजिये। अपने मनको शोकमें न डालिये'
ājñāpaya kuruśreṣṭha mā ca śoke manaḥ kṛthāḥ |
Sañjaya said: “Command me, O best of the Kurus; do not let your mind sink into grief. There is no task in this world that is impossible for me, nor anything I would fail to do once I have received your order.”
संजय उवाच
