अत्यद्भुतमिदं तात त्वत्सकाशाच्छूणोम्यहम् । एकस्य बहुभि: सार्ध शत्रुभिस्तैर्महारथै:,तात! यह मैं तुम्हारे मुँहसे अत्यन्त विचित्र बात सुन रहा हूँ कि शत्रुदलके उन बहुसंख्यक महारथियोंके साथ एकमात्र सात्यकिका ऐसा घोर संग्राम हुआ
atyadbhutam idaṃ tāta tvat-sakāśāc chṛṇomy aham | ekasya bahubhiḥ sārdhaṃ śatrubhis tair mahārathaiḥ ||
Sañjaya said: “O dear father, I am hearing from you something utterly astonishing: that a single warrior faced a fierce battle against many enemies—those great chariot-fighters.”
संजय उवाच
