Droṇa-parva Adhyāya 114 — Karṇa–Bhīmasena Missile Exchange, Disarmament, and Arjuna’s Intervention
ततस्तानू सर्वतो युक्तान् सदश्वां श्वतुरो जना:
tatastānū sarvato yuktān sadaśvāṁ śvaturō janāḥ
Sañjaya said: Then those men, with their horses well-yoked and their forces fully prepared on every side, set themselves in readiness—an image of disciplined war-organization where speed, control, and coordinated effort become decisive in the unfolding conflict.

Even in war-narrative, the verse highlights the ethical weight of disciplined preparedness: coordinated action, control of resources (horses/teams), and orderly arrangement determine outcomes and reflect the warriors’ commitment to their chosen duty.
Sañjaya describes warriors becoming fully ready—horses harnessed and units arranged from all sides—signaling an imminent movement or engagement in the battle sequence of Droṇa Parva.
