कृतज्ञतां दयां चैव भ्रातुस्त्वमनुचिन्तय । “आपके भाई अर्जुनमें जो दैवीशक्ति, अस्त्रविद्याकी निपुणता, योग, युद्धस्थलमें अमर्ष, कृतज्ञता और दया आदि सदगुण हैं उनका आप बारंबार चिन्तन कीजिये
kṛtajñatāṁ dayāṁ caiva bhrātus tvam anucintaya |
