Yudhiṣṭhira’s Anxiety and the Dispatch of Bhīma; Attempted Breakthrough into Droṇa’s Formation
तेषां श्रमं च ग्लानिं च वमथुं वेपथुं व्रणान् । सर्व व्यपानुदत् कृष्ण: कुशलो हाश्वकर्मणि,घोड़ोंकी चिकित्सा करनेमें कुशल श्रीकृष्णने उनके परिश्रम, थकावट, वमन, कम्पन और घाव--सारे कष्टोंको दूर कर दिया
teṣāṁ śramaṁ ca glāniṁ ca vamathuṁ vepathuṁ vraṇān | sarvaṁ vyapānudat kṛṣṇaḥ kuśalo hāśvakarmaṇi ||
Sañjaya said: Kṛṣṇa, skilled in the care and treatment of horses, removed all their afflictions—fatigue and exhaustion, nausea, trembling, and wounds—restoring them to sound condition amid the pressures of war. The scene underscores attentive duty: even in battle, compassion and competent service toward dependents are upheld as part of righteous conduct.
