इत्येतानि महाराज सप्त वर्षाणि भागश: । भूतान्युपनिविष्टानि गतिमन्ति ध्रुवाणि च,राजेन्द्र! इस प्रकार स्थावर और जंगम सम्पूर्ण प्राणी इन सात वर्षोमें विभागपूर्वक स्थित हैं
Transliteration
sañjaya uvāca | ityetāni mahārāja sapta varṣāṇi bhāgaśaḥ | bhūtāny upaniviṣṭāni gatimanti dhruvāṇi ca |
Translation
Sañjaya said: “Thus, O great king, all beings are established in these seven years, each according to its allotted division. They are set in their respective stations—some moving, some fixed—each abiding in the order appointed for them.”
