With a mind disciplined by the yoga of repeated practice—steady and not wandering elsewhere—one who continually contemplates the Supreme, the radiant Divine Person, attains Him alone. The ethical force of the teaching is steadfast inner recollection: liberation is reached not by scattered desire but by sustained, single-pointed remembrance of the Highest.

Steady attainment of the Supreme comes through abhyāsa-yoga—repeated meditative practice—by which the mind becomes non-wandering and continuously contemplates the Divine Person.
In the Gītā’s instruction on remembrance and the path to the Highest, the teaching emphasizes disciplined concentration: the seeker who keeps the mind from straying and persists in contemplation reaches the Supreme Divine Person.
