Those who, with a disciplined and integrated mind, truly know Me together with the realm of perishable beings (adhibhūta), the divine governing principle (adhidaiva), and the sacrificial principle (adhiyajña)—they know Me even at the time of death. Such persons do not lose their orientation in the final hour; they reach Me, the inner Self of all these domains.

True realization includes understanding the Lord as the inner ground of the perishable world (adhibhūta), the divine cosmic governance (adhidaiva), and the sacrificial principle (adhiyajña). When this understanding is stabilized through yoga (yuktacetasaḥ), it remains unshaken even at death, leading to attainment of the Lord.
Arjuna is asking about profound categories—adhibhūta, adhidaiva, and adhiyajña—and how the Lord is to be known at the time of death. This verse concludes the chapter by stating that those with disciplined minds who know the Lord in these integrated ways remember and realize Him even in their final moment.
