Shloka 44

गृह्यानुमन्त्रय गाण्डीवं शरान्‌ संनतपर्वण: । अनुमान्य महात्मानं भरतानां महारथम्‌

gṛhyānumantraya gāṇḍīvaṃ śarān sannatapārvaṇaḥ | anumānya mahātmānaṃ bharatānāṃ mahāratham ||

Sañjaya said: “Taking up the Gāṇḍīva bow and the arrows whose joints were well-fitted, and having duly sought and received the assent of that great-souled mighty chariot-warrior among the Bharatas, …”
