Āstīka Stops the Sarpa-satra; Royal Closure and Protective Phalaśruti (आस्तीकः सर्पसत्रनिवर्तनम्)

प्रसादितो मया पूर्व तवार्थाय पितामह: । तस्मात्‌ तव भयं नास्ति व्येतु ते मानसो ज्वर:,तुम्हारे लिये मैंने पहलेसे ही पितामह ब्रह्माजीको प्रसन्न कर लिया है, अतः तुम्हें कुछ भी भय नहीं है। तुम्हारी मानसिक चिन्ता दूर हो जानी चाहिये”

śaunaka uvāca |

prasādito mayā pūrvaṃ tavārthāya pitāmahaḥ |

tasmāt tava bhayaṃ nāsti vyetu te mānaso jvaraḥ ||

Śaunaka said: “Earlier, for your sake, I have already won the favor of the Grandfather (Brahmā). Therefore, there is no fear for you. Let the fever of anxiety in your mind subside.”
