चक्षुविकलतां प्राप्ता न प्रपेदुश्च ते क्रतुम्‌ । ततस्तेषामनुमते तदू विप्रैस्तु नराधिप:

Transliteration

cakṣuvikalatāṃ prāptā na prapeduś ca te kratum | tatas teṣām anumate tadū viprais tu narādhipaḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana said: Though they had become afflicted with loss of sight, they did not abandon the sacrificial rite. Then, with their consent, O king, the Brahmins proceeded to carry out that rite accordingly.
