इति मे नैछिकी बुद्धिर्वर्ततेि कुरुनन्दन । न चार्थहेतोर्धर्मज्ञौ वक्ष्यत: पक्षसंश्रितम्,कुरुनन्दन! इनके विषयमें मेरा यह निश्चित विचार है कि ये दोनों धर्मके ज्ञाता महापुरुष हैं, अतः स्वार्थके लिये किसी एक ही पक्षको लाभ पहुँचाने-वाली बात नहीं कहेंगे
Transliteration
iti me naiṣṭhikī buddhir vartate kuru-nandana | na cārtha-hetoḥ dharmajñau vakṣyataḥ pakṣa-saṁśritam ||
Translation
“Such is my settled conviction, O joy of the Kurus: those two are knowers of dharma, and therefore they will not, for the sake of personal gain, speak words that cling to one side or serve a partisan interest.”
