ततो विततथन््वानं द्रोणस्तं कुरुनन्दनम् । स मुहूर्तादुवाचेदं वचन भरतर्षभ,भरतश्रेष्ठ] तब धनुष तानकर खड़े हुए कुरुनन्दन युधिष्ठिरसे दो घड़ी बाद आचार्य द्रोणने इस प्रकार कहा--
Transliteration
tato vitatadhanvānaṃ droṇas taṃ kurunandanam | sa muhūrtād uvācedaṃ vacanaṃ bharatarṣabha ||
Translation
Then Droṇa, seeing that Kuru prince standing with his bow fully strung, after a brief interval addressed him with these words—O bull among the Bharatas. The moment frames the teacher’s deliberate pause before speaking, suggesting measured counsel and the ethical weight of instruction given to a royal disciple.
