Shloka 33

वर्तमान: सुखे दु:खं यथाहं प्रापितस्त्वया । तथा त्वां च सुखं प्राप्त दु:खमभ्यागमिष्यति,मैं सुखमें मग्न था, तथापि तुमने जिस प्रकार मुझे दुःखमें डाल दिया, उसी प्रकार तुम भी जब प्रेयसी पत्नीके संयोग-सुखका अनुभव करोगे, उसी समय तुम्हारे ऊपर दुःख टूट पड़ेगा

vartamānaḥ sukhe duḥkhaṃ yathāhaṃ prāpitas tvayā | tathā tvāṃ ca sukhaṃ prāptaṃ duḥkham abhyāgamiṣyati ||

The deer said: “Just as I, while living in comfort, was driven by you into suffering, so too will suffering come upon you when you attain happiness—at the very moment you experience the pleasure of union with your beloved wife.”
