Sukta 12
आ नो यज्ञं भारती तूयमेत्विडा मनुष्वदिह चेतयन्ती । तिस्रो देवीर्बर्हिरेदं स्योनं सरस्वतीः स्वपसः सदन्ताम्
ā́ no yajñáṃ bhā́ratī tū́yam etv íḍā manuṣvád ihá cetáyantī | tisró devī́r barhír idáṃ syónam sárasvatīḥ svápasaḥ sádantām ||
Hither to us let Bhāratī come swiftly unto the sacrifice; let Iḍā, after the manner of Manu, here awaken (our rite). Let the three Goddesses sit upon this pleasant, kindly Barhis—Sarasvatīs, of goodly operation.
Rishi: Traditionally aligned with ritual seers of the Bhāratī–Iḍā–Sarasvatī triad (RV parallel suggests a Hotṛ-context; AV attribution varies by anukramaṇī).
Devata: Bhāratī, Iḍā, Sarasvatī (triad of ritual goddesses)
Chandas: Triṣṭubh (RV-parallel style; AV often preserves RV meters in such invocations)
