mā no nidé ca váktave ’ryó randhīr arā́vṇe | tvé ápi krátur máma

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Let not the Aryan foe bring us to reproach and evil speech, to the ill-willed niggard: in thee, indeed, is my purpose set.
