árcata prā́rcata priyámedhāso árcata | árcantu putrakā́ utá puráṃ ná dhṛ́ṣṇv árcata
English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)
Praise ye, praise forth—ye of pleasing wisdom—praise ye! Let the sons, too, praise; yea, like unto a fortress, boldly praise ye on.
