धर्ता ह त्वा धरुणो धारयाता ऊर्ध्वं भानुं सविता द्यामिवोपरि । लोककृतः पथिकृतो यजामहे ये देवानां हुतभागा इह स्थ
dhartā́ ha tvā dharuṇó dhārayātā ūrdhvám bhānúṃ savitā́ dyā́m iva úpari | lokakṛ́taḥ pathikṛ́to yajāmahe yé devā́nāṃ hutábhāgā ihá sthá ||
The Holder—yea, the firm Support—shall hold thee fast; Savitar hath set the beam aloft, as ’twere the sky above. We worship the World-ordainers, the Path-ordainers, who have their portion in the offered gift: be present here.
