इदमिद् वा उ नापरं दिवि पश्यसि सूर्यम्। माता पुत्रं यथा सिचाभ्येऽनं भूम ऊर्णुहि
idám íd vā́ u ná̄param diví páśyasi sū́ryam | mātā́ putráṃ yáthā sicā́bhy-ènāṃ bhū́me ūrṇuhi
This verily is it: thou seest no other thing in heaven than the Sun. As a mother her son with the skirt (of her robe), so, O Earth, cover thou this man over.
