Sukta 2
ये अग्रवः शशमानाः परेयुर्हित्वा द्वेषांस्यनपत्यवन्तः । ते द्यामुदित्याविदन्त लोकं नाकस्य पृष्ठे अधि दीध्यानाः
yé ágravāḥ śaśamānā́ḥ paréyur hitvā́ dvéṣāṃsy ánapaty-vantaḥ | té dyā́m udítyā́ ávidanta lokáṃ nā́kasya pṛṣṭhé ádhi dī́dhyānāḥ ||
They who, the foremost, striving, passed beyond—leaving behind their hatreds, though childless—these found, with the uprising, a world in heaven, shining upon the ridge of the highest firmament.
