Conquered is it for us; for us it hath burst forth. Ours is the Right; ours is the splendour; ours the sacred spell; ours the heaven; ours the sacrifice; ours the cattle; ours the offspring; ours the heroes.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (Anukramaṇī attribution for this section commonly to Atharvan/Angiras-type seers; verify per edition).
Devata: Brahman/Tejas/Ṛta as operative powers (functional deities rather than a single personal god).
Chandas: Mixed/irregular prose-like cadence (late Atharvanic style); often treated as Anuṣṭubh-like by some indices—verify per pada-count in the edition.
