अमोऽहमस्मि सा त्वं सामाहमस्म्यृक् त्वं द्यौरहं पृथिवी त्वम्। ताविह सं भवाव प्रजामा जनयावहै
amó ’hám asmi sā́ tváṃ sāmā́ham asmý ṛ́k tváṃ dyáur aháṃ pṛthivī́ tvám | tā́v ihá sáṃ bhavāva prajā́m ā́ janayāvahai ||
I am the strength; thou art she, the Sāman. I am the Ṛc; thou art Heaven; I am Earth, thou. Here may we two become conjoined; may we two bring forth offspring.
