उशतीः कन्यला इमाः पितृलोकात् पतिं यतीः । अव दीक्षामसृक्षत स्वाहा
uśatī́ḥ kanyálā imā́ḥ pitṛlokā́t pátiṃ yatī́ḥ | áva dīkṣā́m asṛkṣata svā́hā
These eager maidens, faring from the Fathers’ world unto a husband, have cast away the consecration—svāhā!
