रैभ्यासीदनुदेयी नाराशंसी न्योचनी । सूर्याया भद्रमिद् वासो गाथयैति परिष्कृता
raibhyá āsīd anudéyī nārāśaṃsī nyócanī | sūryā́yā bhadrám íd vā́so gā́thayaiti páriṣkṛtā
Rai-bhī was her following gift; Nārāśaṃsī her laud; her covering-cloth the putting-on. Sūryā, adorned all round, goes forth with a gāthā: auspicious indeed is her garment.
Rishi: Traditionally connected with the Sūryā-vivāha complex (wedding mythos; seer-attribution varies by ancillary tradition).
Devata: Sūryā (as archetypal bride) and the marriage-rite itself (vivāha-saṃskāra).
Chandas: Mixed/Anuṣṭubh-like wedding-prose cadence (as transmitted in AV wedding hymns).
