Sukta 1
इमं गावः प्रजया सं विशाथायं देवानां न मिनाति भागम्। अस्मै वः पूषा मरुतश्च सर्वे अस्मै वो धाता सविता सुवाति
imáṃ gā́vaḥ prajā́yā sáṃ viśāthā́yaṃ devā́nāṃ ná mināti bhāgám | asmáí vaḥ pūṣā́ marútaś ca sárve asmáí vo dhā́tā savitā́ suvāti ||
This man, O Cows, with progeny enter ye wholly: he minishes not the Gods’ appointed portion. For him let Pūṣan, and all the Maruts, and for him let Dhātṛ, Savitar, impel your boon.
