Sukta 3
पृथग् रूपाणि बहुधा पशूनामेकरूपो भवसि सं समृद्ध्या । एतां त्वचं लोहिनीं तां नुदस्व ग्रावा शुम्भाति मलग इव वस्त्रा
pṛthág rūpā́ṇi bahudhā́ paśūnā́m ékarūpo bhavasi sáṃ samṛ́ddhyā | etā́ṃ tvácaṃ lohínīṃ tā́ṃ nudásva grā́vā śumbhāti malagá iva vástrāḥ ||
Separate are the forms, manifold, of cattle; yet of one form thou becomest, unto full prosperity. This ruddy skin—thrust thou it off: as a dirt-removing stone makes garments bright and clean.
