Sukta 2
अश्मन्वती रीयते सं रभध्वं वीरयध्वं प्र तरता सखायः । अत्रा जहीत ये असन् दुरेवा अनमीवानुत्तरेमाभि वाजान्
áśmanvatī rī́yate sáṃ rabhadhvaṃ vīráyadhvaṃ prá tarata sakhāyaḥ | átrā jahīta yé ásan durévā anāmīvā́n úttaremā́bhi vā́jān ||
Stone-strewn she flows: together lay hold; show ye your manhood; press forward, comrades, cross! Here leave behind whatever evils there have been; disease-unstricken may we come up and over, unto the prizes.
