यथा वातो यथा मनो यथा पतन्ति पक्षिणः । एवा त्वं दशमास्य साकं जरायुणा पताव जरायु पद्यताम्

yáthā vā́to yáthā máno yáthā pátanti pakṣíṇaḥ | evā́ tváṃ daśamā́sya sā́kaṃ jarā́yuṇā pátā́va jarā́yu pádyatām ||

As the Wind, as Thought, as birds that wing their way and fly,—so, O ten-month child, do thou come forth together with the afterbirth: fly forth; and let the afterbirth descend.
